Overall Responsibilities
We are seeking a contractor who will be responsible for the overall management of the production aspects of the campus programming as delegated by the Production Manager for the 2022 Aspen Ideas Festival, including Ideas Health. The contractor will ensure that the programming runs smoothly and effectively, and that the AV Teams are managed in regard to all presentations, needed equipment and rehearsal schedules to ensure a successful event. The Festival Assistant Production Manager will may also be responsible for confirming final logistical details with all speakers and ensuring that presentations are in full working order prior to scheduled festival sessions & transferred to the appropriate AV techs as delegated by the Production Manager. This will include on site troubleshooting and other duties as required.
