About the Role
With support from the Director, Operations and Strategy, the Program Associate takes the lead on operational and administrative support for AGI’s fellowship programs and Salesforce platform. The Program Associate will also help to organize and track the Fellowships monitoring and evaluation system. The Program Associate will work closely with the Executive Director, Program Director, Associate Directors, interns, and other Aspen staff.

This position reports directly to the Executive Director. Works closely with AGI’s Director and other key AGI staff.
Key Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years experience in project management involving global issues, particularly those related to Africa, global health, agriculture, the environment, microfinance, family planning, or reproductive health issues. Advanced educational degree is a plus, but not a requirement.
