Basic Function: Coordinator, Stewardship
The Coordinator, Stewardship role is an integral member of the Office of Institutional Advancement (OIA). While this role primarily supports the Manager, Stewardship and the Stewardship Department, this role also supports the Vice President of Institutional Advancement in coordinating scheduling and activities to ensure the highest level of stewardship of our donor base. The coordinator will be DC based, and with work closely with the Manager, Stewardship, VP of Institutional Advancement and other OIA team members on all aspects of donor stewardship and sharing impact with the Institute’s constituents. These projects will include, but are not limited to, the production of annual donor and endowment reports, acknowledgement letters, donor recognition projects, and donor listings in the Annual Report.
Interacts routinely with members of the Advancement team, Accounting, Institute employees at-large, and Institute trustees and donors.
